Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that even the slightest improvement can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your physical characteristics, tendencies, habits, and body type to create your individualized training plan.
With years of success and experience, we are capable of detailed analysis and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include modifications to muscle memory to build habits, and develop instinct. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new techniques and habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain instinctual responsive behaviors.

First, just a few things you might want to know:
Registering with us allows you to receive updates on calendar events including clinics and team scheduled events.
The building is available based on scheduling, and being a member of youth sports teams (soccer, volleyball, football, baseball, and softball) is one way to get on the schedule. The coach would need to create a team account and agree to the terms and conditions.
The other way of getting in the building is through our clinics. We are always adding clinics, and we are also always looking for talented trainers to teach the clinics (email us if you have interest in teaching at TYC).
So, we do have a few rules.
1. Anyone with feet on the turf needs to sign a waiver first (anyone means everyone).
2. Keep the facility clean
3. Parents are not allowed on the street level part of the building. Coaches and players only (but there are cameras, and upstairs you can watch the TV to see what is going on).
4. Not allowed in the facility:
5. Safety gear must be worn on the turf 100% of the time (helmets for baseball, shin guards for soccer…same gear you would wear during the real game).
